About Your Shipment
• Items in stock ship the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) if placed by 12pm EST.
• Items not in stock ship as soon as they become available.
• All orders are subject to review which may affect shipping times.
Standard Shipping
• Takes 6-10 business days.
• Please expect your delivery to take an additional 3 business days for rural areas.
• Please allow 5 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Micronesia and the US Virgin Islands. Non-continental US territories and APO’s will be shipped via USPS and will not have order tracking available.
• Orders shipping to a P.O. Box will be delivered via US Postal Service.
• Free delivery will automatically apply to your online, telephone or Pick a Brick order.
For orders:
• Up to $25.00, delivery is $4.95.
• From $25.01 to $35.00, delivery is $6.95.
*Qualifying purchases must be equal to or greater than the threshold value in merchandise only; any charges or value of gift cards purchased do not apply to the merchandise total.
Express Shipping & Express Saver
• Express Shipping takes 4-5 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
• Express Saver takes 5-6 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
• Orders will ship via UPS.
• Saturday delivery is not available.
• We’re delighted to extend the option for express shipping to pre-ordered items. Pre-orders ship from the date they become available.
• Please note there is a surcharge of $12.50 for Express service to Alaska and Hawaii.

Pick a Brick
• We charge a service fee for Pick a Brick orders. If your basket meets the minimum amount of $14 for each category, the service fee will be removed. The service fee for Standard items, it’s $7.
• Express deliveries are not available.
• Pick A Brick orders always ship with price and billing details.
Shipping & Service Delays
Shipment dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.
Tracking Your Package
If you have provided your email address we will send you a ship confirmation email when your order ships. For all orders (excluding orders shipped via USPS) this email will include a tracking number which you can use to track your package on the appropriate shipping carrier’s website.
Return Policy
We believe that our YOUEEFY building blocks and other products must meet your highest expectations, and our service must match the quality of our toys. If you need to return a product for any reason, it's easy and free! All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. We will refund your order within 14 working days of receiving your return. To get a free return label on YOUEEFY.com, log into your account and go to your order status page. From there, click "Return" and follow the instructions.
Unopened Kits: Simply return your unopened YOUEEFY kit in a safe and sturdy package to the address listed on the packing slip. In order to receive a refund back to your PayPal account, you must contact Customer Service.
Opened Sets: Returns of opened YOUEEFY sets must include the original shipping confirmation email or receipt and may only be returned for exchange. Please make sure to use sturdy, secure packaging.
